About LLMLab.ee

LLMLab.ee helps people and businesses run modern AI on computers they control. Individuals can use a quiet desktop for private chat, writing, translation, programming, research, or image generation. Businesses can use a workstation or server to keep documents and everyday AI work in-house.

You need not know the hardware or models—tell me what you want the system to do, and I’ll help find a suitable setup.

Why run AI locally?

Online AI services are convenient, but they are not always suitable for private documents, customer information, unpublished work, or internal business material.

Running models locally gives you more control over where your information is processed. It can also reduce recurring fees and dependence on a single online provider.

Local operation is not an automatic guarantee of security or compliance. Network access, backups, permissions, logging, and support still need to be configured properly.

What I can help with

I can help choose the hardware, assemble the system, install the software and models, and test everything before handover.

Systems can be prepared for everyday personal use or more demanding business workloads. The recommendation depends on what you want to run, how many people will use it, expected performance, and budget.

How it works

First, we discuss what you want the system to do. I then recommend a configuration and explain what it can realistically handle.

Before accepting or paying, you receive a written proposal covering the system, included work, price, delivery, warranty, and support. Once agreed, the system is assembled, configured, tested, and prepared for handover.

Who you are dealing with

I’m Gustav Paul Tamkivi, and I run LLMLab.ee from Estonia. I handle enquiries, system recommendations, and project discussions myself, so you have a direct point of contact from the beginning.

I’m a second-year IT and AI student at TalTech. I’ve spent years building computers for myself and my family, alongside a long-standing interest in making AI accessible, reliable, and sustainable. I believe people should be able to use capable AI on hardware they control, without depending entirely on a provider’s commercial decisions or sending every request to a remote data centre. LLMLab.ee began as a passion project and grew into a business. I’m happy to help you take your first practical steps into local AI.

Not sure what you need?

Send me a simple description of what you want to do and your approximate budget. I can tell you what is practical and whether a local system makes sense.

Trust details

Important before ordering

Contact and support

Questions continue through the order or quote email thread. Replying to the confirmation is the fastest path.

Warranty

Warranty handling depends on the component, manufacturer, and retailer; the practical path is confirmed case by case.

Handover in Estonia

Pickup or local delivery method and timing are agreed after availability is checked.

Cancellations and changes

Cancellations and changes are confirmed in writing through the quote or order thread; after sourcing or assembly begins, custom-order handling may depend on order state.

Payment process

No card payment is collected when you submit an order or quote request. An invoice or payment instructions are sent only after the price, availability, and applicable terms are confirmed in writing.

Pricing method

We show the estimated component total and list the service, assembly, and setup fee separately. Complete PC and Mac/eGPU builds share one scale, with the rate declining linearly from 20% on the lowest-priced complete build to 10% on the highest-priced complete build.
