LLMLab.ee helps organisations in Estonia scope local AI requirements, select and assemble suitable hardware, configure software, validate the agreed workflow, and hand over the system.
Security and sensitive workloads
Any customer-data access, remote support, telemetry, or managed service is agreed in writing before access is enabled. A quote request does not give LLMLab.ee access to customer files, prompts, or model outputs by default.
If the work requires LLMLab.ee to process personal data, the roles, instructions, security measures, subprocessors, retention, and deletion arrangements are agreed before processing begins.
Support and response
Existing customers receive the fastest response by replying in the order or support email thread. Extended hours, response targets, onsite work, and maintenance plans are agreed in the quote for each deployment.
