Request basis
Submitting an order or quote request on the website is not an immediate card payment or a finally confirmed order.
Compatibility, availability, final pricing, and any required substitutions are reviewed manually before proceeding.
Price and availability
Component prices can change. If an order needs a practical substitution, the buyer is contacted before continuing.
If an order cannot reasonably be fulfilled, cancellation or another agreed solution will be offered.
Invoice and payment
Quote requests do not collect payment or card details. Verified-price products may use a separate Stripe checkout page.
After a quote request, we send a written quote containing seller details, exact price, availability, delivery, and applicable terms. The invoice or bank-transfer instructions follow after acceptance.
