From requirements to a written quote

The solution is sized around the organization’s workflow, users, data volume, and IT environment. Capability and suitability are checked against the use case.

  • Describe the work, users, and environment.
  • The written quote confirms configuration, availability, scope, price, delivery, support, and applicable terms before acceptance or payment.
  • Payment and hardware ordering follow acceptance of the quote.

Data boundary and agreements

Local operation does not automatically guarantee security or compliance. The actual data path depends on software, integrations, and network configuration and is reviewed before handover.

  • Customer-data access, remote support, telemetry, and personal-data terms are agreed in writing first.
  • Model licences, permitted uses, and data classification are agreed with the customer.
  • A quote request does not grant access to customer files, prompts, or model outputs.

Handover and quality checks

The baseline checks below are already described on the public website. The specific scope and known limitations are confirmed in the written quote and handover checklist.
